Definitions

Use of Website

Terms & Conditions
Maximum 15 days is needed to deploy the workforce after work order.
EESS shall treat and maintain any information pertaining to ‘Client’ as strictly confidential.
EESS shall use EESS’s logo/ information in all communication with ‘Client ’&‘Client’ customers/ vendors
/contractors along with ‘Client’ name/logo. EESS shall also display EESS’s/ Associate’s logo as & where
required.
EESS shall adhere to the Client’s security & safety policies and other policies informed by ‘Client’ in
written & acknowledged by EESS in written.
As requested by the management that security guards should not be localized therefore we will deploy
accordingly.
Request to management that accommodation and food if can be provided at site location then it would
have great impact functioning as the site is far away from the residential area.
All information/drawings/specification & any other information pertaining to contract services shall be
shared & provide by ‘Client’ to EESS.
The contract price is exclusive of GST.
Any upward revision under Minimum Wages Act /other compliances to be borne by the client.
The ‘Client’ shall pay in addition to the contract price mentioned here, any other tax imposed upon the
client, or the EESS or the EESS’s suppliers by any existing or future law, or under any statute court
decision, rule or regulations becoming effective after the date of this proposal which is based upon or
incident to the use, ownership or possession of the materials or equipment involved in the performance
here of or service rendered hereunder.
Payment: The payment of salary amount shall be disbursed on 2nd of every month as per approved
attendance. Balance amount shall be paid on or before 10thof every month as per invoice. The mode of
payment shall be ONLINE mode only to specified account only.
Salary shall be disbursed on or before 7th of every month.
Deliverables under contract services will be mentioned in separate Annexure.
The EESS will take all reasonable care and precaution in performing the contract services.
Upon notification by the ‘Client’ of a FM call, team shall co-ordinate, as soon as may reasonably be
possible and during the normal working hours to carry out necessary services under contract.
EESS will carry out contract according to its standards predefined to / by the Client.
‘Client’ undertakes to notify EESS immediately of any disorder/malfunction whatsoever for the contract
related services.
To nominate two persons by name and designation for intimating about the contract services to EESS
with clear understanding that instructions of only such persons will be attended by the EESS.
‘Client’ will provide adequate office & other facilities for execution of contract as per requirement
notified to ‘Client’ from time to time. The operating cost for the same will be borne by the client.
The ‘Client’ has agreed that none of our employee who has worked for client deployed by EESS shall NOT
be taken in employment by client directly or thru any third party without our written consent and
payment of compensation to us equivalent to his three month’s salary.
None of our manpower shall be paid any money by the client as advance or loan etc. If so; it shall be at
clients risk and responsibility.
Cancellation & Termination: The contract shall continue for a period of this contract and shall continue
thereafter until terminated by not less than one months’ notice in writing by either party.
EESS is not liable for failure to provide the Service for any event beyond its reasonable control such as
(including but not limited to) act of God, public enemy, governmental authority, expropriation,
confiscation of facilities act of war or threatened war, hostility emergency, rebellion sabotage, damage
resulting from fire, flood, rain, cyclone, explosion, sudden surges of voltages and currents beyond the
tolerance limits of the equipment accident or riot strikes, lockouts or concerted act of
workmen/occupants direct or indirect.
EESS is not expected to assume liability for injury (other than to its employees) or damage to property
resulting from or caused during its operation.
